Every good Lead Tutor needs to recognise the importance of regularly updating their skill-set and understanding in order to remain at the top of their game.

Today, I had the great pleasure of interacting with the Centre for Pharmacy Post Graduate Education (@CPPE, #CPPE) to boost my competency in the delivery of clinical #pharmacy services to the community.

The day started off very well with a meeting with my awesome Education Supervisor (@LisaCPPE) plus my cohort of pharmacy professionals. During the meeting we discussed various approaches to #clinical practice and providing #healthcare excellence to our #patient population.

My #learning continued along the course of the day and involved consideration of aspects surrounding monitoring the effects of #medicines once delivered to the body and managing the individual under my care.

I’m really happy with how my understanding has progressed. I now feel in a stronger position to manage the #pharmaceutical care of my patients tomorrow and beyond plus provide #education to others.
