Application Preparation

Effective preparation for the university admissions process is crucial in our current competitive climate.

Drawing on the extensive academic background held by Dr Davies, including experience as Admissions Lead at Edge Hill University Medical School, we can equip you for effective Universities and Colleges Admissions Service (UCAS) application - plus others - to improve your chances of being noticed by academic staff during their shortlisting process.

Interview Preparation

Once past the shortlisting stage, you will be invited for interview to secure your place on the pharmacy / healthcare programme of your choice. Typically, universities now require healthcare-based students to undergo multiple-mini interviews (MMIs).

Our Lead Tutor, Dr Davies, has first hand experience of preparing MMIs within the university setting and thus has the background to support your understanding / preparation and in particular to rigorously test you to get you ready for the event itself.

General Hints and Tips

A key part of interview success is your confidence and approach towards the process itself. Our Lead Tutor is on hand to help you be as strong as you can be.

Importantly, by applying the experience held by Dr Davies we are able to help you understand exactly what academic staff are looking for in a potential undergraduate. Our guidance will help you to hit university entry criteria to increase your chances of receiving an offer onto the programme of your choice.
