I’m really pleased to say that we have once again received positive feedback following a number of recent MPharm interview preparation sessions for a United Kingdom-based university.

The sessions were constructive in nature and increased in complexity to build client confidence.

Importantly, the NHS values-based recruitment strategy was central to all discussions with patient-centred care in prime focus.

The format of the sessions was as follows:

Introductory session to learn about the motivations and desires of the client
The importance of the NHS Constitution / the NHS Values-Based Recruitment process
Mock interview 1 with feedback
Mock interview 2 with feedback
