I have just received some excellent feedback following a recent over-the-counter (OTC) tutoring session with a client. Once again, I am really happy!

The 6 OTC online sessions have considered how to frame a consultation with a patient in the community pharmacy setting and have explored how commonly used medicinal products can be applied to manage minor ailments (e.g. cough, eye infection, thrush and warts). We also spent some time reflecting on ‘Red Flag’ issues in the pharmacy whereby referral to a prescriber / allied healthcare professional is necessary.
