I have just had a fantastic tutorial session with a #nurse from ‘University X’.

She was very concerned about her #nonmedicalprescribing course and in particular the #pharmacology element. The main aspects of concern were the excessive level of detail, the lack of clear - coherent description and the fact the tutor was not in the least bit approachable.

Naturally, I listened to her concerns and put her mind to rest then clearly explained the fundamentals associated with drugs and drug action on receptor systems in the body; all via #Zoom. At the end of the session she was very #happy and clearly understood the background to the area and how the background can support the prescribing process as a whole (e.g. drug half #life and dosing regimens).
