‘I look forward to how Pharmascholar brought confidence to the Healthcare profession and create network opportunities.

Healthcare front-liners have shown the true meaning of being a hero during the pandemic by dedicating their time and sacrificing their lives to save society and humankind. It takes a big heart and a huge effort to put everything aside and only put your time in order to make a difference in someone’s life, that’s what healthcare front-liners have done for us.

Healthcare or pharmaceuticals worldwide are rising, progressing, and full of urgent and vital aspects, requiring people who want to become professionals in these fields to constantly update their knowledge and make themselves ready for the next point as it is constantly changing and facing a new challenge. In addition, professionals in these fields bear a major responsibility for making decisions for their patients. This decision-making demands an enormous amount of accurate and advanced education, knowledge, and self-awareness.

The world is constantly changing, everyday new information and discovery are released, and people need to adjust themselves and their lifestyles, so do the healthcare and pharmaceutical fields. New generations are depending on us to give them a better and brighter future where they have access to all the information and opportunities to live a healthy life.

I have taken a step to impact the healthcare and pharmaceutical fields by opening an Instagram page (@nearby_pharmacist) and dedicates it to bring awareness to people about population safety and health. I’m trying to break the social and cultural taboos that need to be addressed on my Instagram page since they are critical to human beings’ health and safety. One of these topics that have been covered on my Instagram page is the morning-after pill. I have thoroughly covered related information regarding the morning-after pill, from its impact on the body to how and why it’s a women’s right to decide about their body and their health.

I genuinely believe patients and pharmacists both need to know their right to have better communication. On the other hand, I find out the patient and healthcare profession doesn't have enough attention to what pharmaceutical companies write on the box or medicines leaflet. To make sure that everyone such as pharmacists and patients, has enough attention, I decided to take the matter into my hand and share the picture of the boxes to my colleagues or who is interested in medicine.

Once and for all, to those interested in starting their career in medical college, If you are passionate about helping people and sacrificing yourself for further in a good way, I highly recommend you to start from today because we need you for tomorrow. If you can help one person, you win.

I would like to thank Pharmascholar for having me here.’
